Now time for the obligatory background blurb. I know this is necessary but I also know that the best way to get to know someone is to talk to them, so please do reach out if you’d like a free chat with me. I appreciate you have to warm to your coach and it’s tough to do that over a webpage! However, let me at least reassure you that I bring formal training and certification PLUS many (many!) years of personal and professional experience, in my area of expertise.

I’m a mother, wife, in mid-life, navigating menopause and attempting to keep all my plates spinning (and clean, and put away afterwards!). My mission is my passion - to help people better their health, encourage their longevity and be happier with their bodies. Weight loss, general health, building lean muscle, health span - nutrition has the power to do so much good! However navigating everything that’s out there is really hard work. There is so much “noise” in the space of fat loss and coaching. I’m here to help you find the right way for you, and cut through all the fluff and nonsense.

With all my clients I use a balance of evidence backed, science assured strategies and principles in conjunction with flexible targets. This allows you to achieve your goals, feel the joy of success but in a way that works around the busyness of life. For the majority of clients I provide an extensive program, clearly describing your goals and actions to achieve them. I then coach you throughout your journey in the most collaborative way for you. I can also provide guidance on exercises and workouts, providing plans that fit in with your lifestyle and objectives.

You will never find me trying to persuade you in to the quick fix, the magic solution. It takes hard work to achieve goals, but the key is the word achieve. Long term, sustainable change is possible, when approached in the right way. Let’s go on your journey together and both take pride in all you will achieve.

Hi and welcome! I’m Kim and it is a pleasure to see you here. Before I share a little information about myself, let me just explain why I like to do things a differently. For me, I want this to be all about what you need, to help you get what you want. If that’s just a one-off hour’s chat, so I can answer all your nutrition questions and give you support, that’s what we’ll do. If you have longer term goals and want a full plan and coaching support, that is what I will provide. My approach is to create what is bespoke to you. All my clients are different and I will always treat you as an individual. This has proved to bring my clients consistent success in meeting their goals and is a highly unique approach in the industry. But then, my coaching is individual, because you are individual.
